For an adoption fee we ask for a monetary donation that covers the medical expenses of that kitty.
We have indoor-only kitties (occasionally we take in a kitty who would do better being an indoor/outdoor cat versus just indoor). We try to match up a kitty, that will best fit your lifestyle and requests. We want this to be a happy, lasting relationship, between you and your kitty!
Our Foster to Adopt Program: This allows you to make certain that the kitty you choose is a perfect fit for your family dynamics. If after your 3-week trial period, you would like to finalize your adoption, we will. If for some reason the kitty bond isn't being made, then we will happily see if another kitty will fit your family better.
They are always welcomed home. We here at In Honey's Memory understand that illnesses can occur and at times you need our help. We are ALWAYS here to welcome back any kitty in the event that you can no longer for them.
The actual adoption process:
FIRST, contact Anna and request an application. We will email you an application for you to fill out. You must call your veterinarian and let them know that our rescue will be calling to access your current or previous pet's history. It is important that you ask them to make a note on the account and you let us know whose name the accounts are under. Once we receive the application, we will review it. An email well be sent to you letting you know that you have been approved.
SECOND, we set up a meet and greet, where you get to meet all of our furry friends. You will get to see where the love connection is made.
FINALLY, you have agreed on a kitty (or two), we set up a delivery time.
